It’s March! Crazy how fast this year is going (I know we say this every year). Yet, there are SO many reasons I’m excited to welcome this new month, firstly my husband (and his twin) have a big birthday. A great excuse for a weekend away, family get togethers and pressies! Another cool thing about March is that its Mothers day on March 11th, so here’s my suggestion of some fantastic gifts that you might want to buy your Mum, your Mother-in-Law or just buy for yourself.
I’ve chosen these because they’re all things I’d like myself, not being a fan of your heavily packaged body-lotion sets from Boots, I wanted to pick gifts that were a little bit different to the bog standard. I hope something here hits the spot in your gift hunt:
The Alex Edit is an online shop run by (have a guess?), Alex. It features a beautiful selection of handpicked fashion and gifts products. I couldn’t pick just one bag as there were at least six I’d be very happy to receive, personal favourites include the Silver Star glitter clutch (£65), the reversible 2-1 tote bag (shown in photo) at £35, in silver or the Italian leather cowhide clutch (£40). Shop here.
From jugs, to a chopping board, to a condiment jar. The jug comes in 3 sizes and starts from £11.25.
Made locally to me, this fragranced candle is one of my favourites. Fig and Lime smell really lovely, Vetiver is known for its power to reassure and uplift, and boost energy – perfect if you are a tired Mummy like me! Shop here – £15.00
This gorgeous multi-strand leather bracelet is a billy-bargain at only £11.00. It has a magnetic fastening and is super stylish. Shop here.
This pretty bead necklace is £38. Would look gorgeous worn with a white shirt or plain sweater. Shop here.
I hope all of you Mummy’s out there get spoilt. I’m hoping for double hugs from the little people and a day where they don’t argue. Oh and a large glass of wine!
Happy Mothers Day
